Terms and Conditions


By entering the galleries below, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Sunflower Cactus Co. Screenshots are strictly prohibited and are considered theft. If you are caught stealing photos, I will invoice you $20 for each non-purchased photo. I will no longer upload photos of you to my website and you must make arrangements to look at the next event on my computer if you wish to order. If you are a minor, you are agreeing you have permission from a legal guardian to view these photos and are accepting the terms and conditions. Failure to pay invoices for stolen photos will result in legal repercussions.


Parents, please explain to your children that they are not allowed to screenshot photos and upload them to any form of social media or for any form of distribution or reproduction. I will send the invoice for stolen photos even if it is a minor doing it and parents will be held responsible for paying the fee.


If there are any fake or inappropriate emails used to access these galleries, I will no longer upload images to the website.
